Your memories stay yours.
AtelierMosaics uses your photographs, chosen crop, print size and email address to create and deliver your mosaic. Photographs are temporarily stored with Cloudflare and processed and reviewed on our private computer. Our email provider Resend receives your email address and the result link.
Your photographs are not used to train our models. For account projects, drafts are kept for 10 days from creation. Submitted projects are kept during processing and studio review. Approved results are kept for 10 days after approval. The exact expiry date is shown in your account. Legacy projects keep the expiry date shown when submitted. Temporary processing files on our computer are removed after each attempt; files left by an interruption are cleaned when the processor next starts. Copies used for manual editing are removed by our operator when the work is finished.
Your result link is private, but anyone you share it with can open it. Please download your result before the link expires.
To request deletion or ask about your photographs, contact support@ateliermosaics.com from the address used for the project. Please upload only photographs you have permission to use.

We store your email address, a salted scrypt password hash and secure session records to provide access to your projects. Email confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Password reset links expire after one hour. Your account remains after project photographs expire. Contact support@ateliermosaics.com to request account deletion.
Optional AI portrait editing
When enabled by the studio, your main photograph is sent to OpenAI to create an additional edited version. Tile photographs are not sent to OpenAI. Your original is preserved and the studio reviews the result before delivery.
